My stay was a blend of excellent experiences and a few letdowns. The hotel's services and family-friendly facilities stood out, especially the water park and activities. However, I felt that the dining variety could have been better, and I encountered some hassle regarding sunbed reservations. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but certain aspects need improvement.

We had a wonderful vacation at this resort! The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel at home, and the kids had an absolute blast with numerous activities throughout our stay. However, the dining experience was a bit hit-or-miss, especially during peak hours when queues formed. The hilly terrain of the resort can be challenging for some guests, especially those not able to walk long distances.
